Casing Questions
What's the difference between Part AB, Part CD and the Full Kit?
Part AB is the lid — the LCD back cover and screen bezel. Part CD is the bottom case, keyboard tray and touchpad housing. The Full Kit is both parts together.
Do I need both parts?
Only if both are damaged. If just one side is cracked or broken, you only need that part — tell us which on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the price.
Does the casing come with a keyboard or trackpad fitted?
No — these are bare panels. The keyboard and trackpad transfer over from your existing casing.
Can I fit this myself?
It involves a full teardown of the laptop, so most customers have it fitted by us. We can talk you through it on WhatsApp if you'd rather do it yourself.
What warranty comes with a casing?
Every casing here carries a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects such as cracking or misaligned mounting points.
